1. Service Description
Hot Photo (hot.cm) provides free image hosting, storage, and sharing services. Uploaded images generate publicly accessible links (URLs) by default.
This is a non-commercial, non-permanent storage service. Images unaccessed for over 6 months may be periodically purged.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Strictly Forbidden Content
Users must not upload, store, or share:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitative content involving minors
- Terrorism/Extremism-related visuals
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("Revenge Porn")
- Malware/virus-infected or phishing-embedded files
- Copyright/Trademark-infringing material
2.2 Violation Handling
Automated + Manual Review: Hot Photo uses AI detection and reserves the right for human review.
Consequences may include:
- Immediate file deletion & account ban
- Reporting to authorities
- User liability for civil/criminal penalties
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Users must ensure uploaded images do not violate third-party rights (copyrights, privacy, etc.).
Users retain ownership but grant Hot Photo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store/distribute content.
DMCA Complaints: Hot Photo will remove infringing content and may ban repeat offenders.
4. Privacy & Data
Collected Data:
- Image metadata (filename, size, format)
- Access logs (IP, User-Agent, timestamps)
EU users may request data deletion under GDPR (contact: privacy@hot.cm)
5. Legal Information
By using Hot Photo, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration (seat: Singapore) and waive class action rights.
Hot Photo reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
